Our ranch homes look and feel like a new home. Minimal steps at the entry. Most of our ranch units have three bedrooms. The one that will be available this month has two bedrooms. When this home was built, they combined two smaller bedrooms into one larger bedroom. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is a second full bathroom for guest or the second bedroom.

This home has central air and a first floor laundry room. The kitchen has a built is equipped with a dishwasher and a newer fridge and oven. This home has an open floor plan and feels very spacious. It also has a private courtyard surrounded by a privacy fence. There is a carport and an additional parking spot within a few feet of the entry door. Every window has mini blinds which provide great privacy and eliminate the need for drapes.

The rent is $1250/month plus $60/month for water, sewer and garbage. In addition, the tenant must pay their electric.

Household income should be above $50,000 to rent this home and we do run both credit and criminal background checks on all applicants prior to entering into a lease agreement.
