Our two-story townhomes have either 3 or 4 bedrooms. The 3- and 4-bedroom homes are exactly the same size. The three-bedroom home has an exceptionally large master bedroom, where the 4 bedroom has a master bedroom that is smaller. Both floorplans have 1600 sq. ft. not counting the basement.
These homes have two full bathrooms upstairs. One full bath is off the master and the second is in the hallway to be shared with the other bedrooms which are located on the 2nd floor.
The first floor of these homes has a half bathroom which also serves as a first-floor laundry. The floor plan is very open with minimal walls between the living, dining and kitchen.
